U Ko Ko Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar reeived the delegation led by Mr. Kallayana Vipattipumiprates, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand at 1400 hrs on 19 March 2026 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, both sides cordially exchanged views on matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the existing friendly relations and bilateral cooperation between Myanmar and Thailand. They also discussed the promotion of cooperation in the areas of mutual interest, including trade and investment, people-to-people connectivity, and peace and stability along the border areas, as well as closer collaboration in regional and international arenas.
Also present at the meeting were officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
