The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar acknowledges the continuous efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its support for the peace process in Yemen and welcomes the recent constructive discussions between the Saudi Communication and Coordination Team and Sanaa delegation; and between His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman, Minister of Defense of Saudi Arabia and Sanaa delegation, to reach a roadmap to support peace process in Yemen.
The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar also calls all Yemeni parties concerned to achieve a comprehensive political solution under the auspices of the United Nations for the purpose of resolving the conflict and attaining lasting peace in Yemen.
