H.E. U Than Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs received Mr. Milton Xavier Castellanos Mosquera, Under-Secretary-General of IFRC for National Society Development and Coordination at 16:30 hrs on 1 October 2025, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on matters related to the ongoing and further assistances of IFRC in close coordination with MRCS for the rehabilitation activities following the Mandalay Earthquake.
Also present at the meeting were Ms Nadia Khoury, Head of Delegation, IFRC Myanmar and Professor Dr. Myo Nyunt, President, MRCS and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
