U Tin Maung Swe, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs received the delegation led by Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, Former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs of the State of Qatar at 1400 hrs on 27 April 2025, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw.
During the meeting, they discussed expanding bilateral economic cooperation between Myanmar and Qatar focusing on investment in Myanmar’s agriculture, mining, electricity and energy sectors.
Also present at the meeting were U Naing Min Kyaw, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
